How to have a beautiful skin (Scrub) part 1.

  1. Radiant and Healthy skin.

radiant-healthy-skinA quick and easy tip using ingredients from around the home. Have your skin feeling nice and soft and smelling good too.

Items Needed:

1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup olive oil
1 cup brown sugar
2 tsp. water

Combine the ingredients together into a paste like substance. Apply to skin, be careful when applying to face.

The brown sugar exfoliates and helps to remove dry and dead skin cells.

The honey moisturizes the skin and the brown sugar gives it that youthful glow.

Conclusion: I hate it, it leaves an oily layer on the face. I have no clue if my skin is clean or not. I tried this lots of time and it ends up with the same result. I will never try this again.


2. Almond Oil Face Scrub

almond-oil-face-scrubAlmond oil is rich in natural vitamins and great for maintaining a healthy and beautiful face.

Almond oil is not only great for flawless looking skin, but also helps to reduce inflammation and certain skin rashes.

Rubbing in the mixture absorbs many of the vitamins helps to moisturize the skin.

Items Needed:

Brown Sugar
Honey
Almond Oil

Mix honey, brown sugar, and almond oil together.

Rinse face and apply mixture. Scrub for two minutes using two fingers.

Rinse with warm water. Repeat once a week for flawless beautiful skin.

Conclusion: This scrub taste like a cake,  you want to eat. I find brown sugar really hard, especially if you have sensitive skin. The result was perfect, I had clean, lightened and soft skin. The scrub leaves an oily layer on the face. I am not a fan of oily products, oily scrub or oily mask. It annoys me a lot to have oily skin. After rinsing my face with warm water to remove the scrub,  I clean my face with my gel cleanser and I saw a perfect result. I keep this scrub in a corner in case I need it again.  In the meantime I will test the other scrub that exist.


3.DIY Blackhead Scrub

Ingredients:

1/2 cup oatmeal
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp baking soda

Combine ingredients and mix into a paste like substance.

Wash face using lukewarm water before applying.

Apply to face using fingers, focusing on the nose, forehead and chin areas.

Soak a cloth under warm water and wring out. Apply damp cloth to face for 10 minutes and rinse using lukewarm water.

Lemon juice helps to brighten and soften the skin and for removing blackheads.

Baking soda is great for spot treatments and clearing up blemishes.

The oatmeal helps to replenish and moisturize the skin, and will make it smooth and soft.

Remove blackheads and exfoliate skin using Oatmeal, Baking Soda, & Lemon Juice.

 Conclusion: one of my favorite, instant result. oatmeal-scrub


4. DIY Lemon Honey Skin Scrub

Add 1 tsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp honey, and 1 tsp baking soda and mix until pasty.Rinse face and pat dry. Apply mixture to face, focusing on the chin, cheeks, nose and forehead areas.Let sit for 3 minutes and rinse with cool water.Help to bring shape to your face and naturally clear up skin.The lemon juice exfoliates and brightens skin.The honey replenishes and moisturizes.The baking soda is great for removing blackheads and dead skin cells.
 Conclusion: I love it, my face was clean, and soft,  it is also a good scrub for the body. Specially under the arm.


5. DIY Glowing Radiant Skin

Glowing Radiant Skin in 3 Easy Steps!Say Hello to glowing skin with this simple beauty scrub!

Items Needed:2 tbsp. honey 1 tbsp. olive oil 1 tsp. turmericMix turmeric,honey, and olive oil until pasty.

Apply to face and gently massage skin.Let sit for 3-5 minutes and rinse face with warm water.Repeat once a week for healthy, vibrant, and beautiful skin.

Conclusion: Not bad, will not try again.
